So this month, not only does O stand for October, but also for Orchid. And our zoo has been running a beautiful orchid exhibit all summer long. Now I find myself with boatloads of pictures of orchids, and nothing to do. My mom used to say she hated orchids they reminded her of people doing this:

But I find them more and more beautiful everytime I go to the exhibit. So I'm going to post one every day this month.
Today's orchid is a seriously bright pink one, since October is also Breast cancer awareness month.
So Seriously. Get checked, for all the girlie cancers.
*O is also for Oprah, and she had nothing to do with this.
