Surrounded by loveliness

This is a terrible time for me to be surrounded by gorgeous trees and weather. I miss my camera. But turns out Mom's Point and Shoot is Not Too Shabby. We captured these sunrise yesterday morning... well, a little past sunrise, as the sun was getting comfortable with its day. And a good day it was.

We've had this beautiful burst of great weather. Indian summer. It's been simply gorgeous. Even the weeds are beautiful!

This is a weed that has gone a little crazy right outside my back window. But the beauty of a weed is in the eye of the beholder. And it reminds me of a daisy, which I love more and more lately.

Somehow I fell off the orchid wagons for a few days. What can I say, suddenly life happens, and I spend more time out and about enjoying the burst of lovely weather with friends and family, and less time blogging. Here's a few fall colored lovelies to get caught back up on the orchid bandwagon.
